Commencing the design phase, I initiated a competitive analysis, examining prominent players such as Mytheresa, Farfetch, and Cettire.

This involved extracting key themes from user feedback on aspects like user experience and product variety, essential for effectively tailoring the app to meet the target audience's needs.
